Recommendations, drafts, and automated outputs generated through the Platform do not replace final professional, legal, editorial, or business advice.
4. Content, Publishing, and User Responsibility
You are responsible for content that you upload, connect, or generate through the Platform and for ensuring that it complies with applicable law. In particular, you are responsible for:
complying with copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other third-party rights
preventing the publication of misleading, unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content
reviewing AI-powered content for editorial and factual accuracy before publication
Important: Automated content generation and publishing features do not remove your responsibility for the accuracy and legal compliance of the content.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment
Some Platform features may be offered through paid subscriptions. Current plans, usage limits, and pricing are displayed on the Platform. By selecting a plan, you agree to its price and usage limits.
Subscriptions may renew periodically.
Add-on packages, integrations, or additional usage may be billed separately.
Invoices and payment records may be retained to meet tax and commercial obligations.

Cancellation, refund, and withdrawal requests are governed by applicable law together with the Distance Sales Agreement and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape data without authorization, disrupt the services, or exploit a security vulnerability
use another person’s account, data, or integrations without permission
perform automated, abusive, or otherwise excessive activity that places a disproportionate burden on the Platform’s infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all rights in the Platform’s software, design, brand assets, interfaces, and proprietary system components belong to Blogla.io or its licensors. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.
You retain your rights in content that you upload to the Platform. You grant the Platform a limited right to use that content solely to perform the technical operations required to provide the services.
8. Suspension and Termination
The Platform may temporarily suspend or terminate an account if these Terms are violated, a legal or security risk arises, or payment obligations are not met.
You may request the closure of your account, subject to any applicable subscription terms and the current billing period.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform uses reasonable efforts to provide the services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that the services will meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability may be limited for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of traffic, or third-party claims.
AI-powered outputs are provided as recommendations. They must be reviewed by a person before they are published or used for commercial or professional purposes.
10. Changes and Contact
Blogla.io may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when they are published on the Platform. We may also notify users of material changes through an appropriate communication channel.
